Chef Robert Wiedmaier's Mussel Bar & Grille evokes the
roadside drives outside Brussels that he used to haunt in his
youth, after-hours, with fellow cooks. Rustic wood paneling, big
black board menus, rock-n-roll music, make for a distinctly
relaxing atmosphere. Besides the delectable selection of "Blue Bay"
Prince Edward Island mussels, Wiedmaier and partner chef
Brian McBride offer a tempting array of flat-crusted savory Belgian
tartes - a northern European cousin of the pizza, and a dizzying
selection of artisan and Belgian beers.
