Polly Blum Wiedmaier is the Chief Marketing Officer of RW
Restaurant Group, specializing in social media, marketing, and
philanthropy. She graduated from the University of Maryland and is
the proud mother of two sons, Marcel and Beck, both of whom are
namesake to two DC restaurants.
Polly works on concepts, design, and branding of new locations,
as well as on initiatives to make the restaurant group more
socially and environmentally responsible. With her creative vision
and leadership, the RW group has experienced tremendous growth and
success. She is passionate about the restaurant industry and its
potential to bring people together, and is committed to making sure
that each of her restaurants is an enjoyable and memorable
experience.
