Mussel Bar & Grille is the perfect spot to hold your private event this summer. With graduation and wedding season underway, grads and brides-to-be can choose from two very distinct private dining options and menu packages at Harbor East's newest hotspot.

Private dining areas at Mussel Bar & Grille include the Antigoon Room and the Cry Baby Lounge. The private Antigoon Room can seat 35 guests and accommodate 40 standing patrons. It features a 52" Plasma TV with AV capabilities and a colorful wall decorated with Antigoon beer bottles - the private label of Chef Robert Wiedmaier - brewed exclusively for the restaurant in Belgium. The Cry Baby Lounge is a semi-private and heavily draped area that can accommodate 50 standing guests, and features a 70" Plasma TV with AV capabilities. With the minimum food and beverage package, excluding tax and gratuity, each room costs $500 Sunday - Thursday; $1,000 Friday; and $1,500 Saturday. The entire restaurant can also be reserved for the night, accommodating up to 300 guests.

Lock 72

Lock 72 is the closest you can get to scenic views of the Canal without actually being there. Between the tableside screens displaying images of foliage and wildlife found on the Potomac River to the White Pine Tree that makes up our host stand and the bench in the atrium. The Tavern is unique in that it gives you the feel of being outdoors in the summer and in a cozy lodge during the winter. The only thing warmer than the atmosphere is the staff within the Tavern, who make you feel right at home.

Lock 72, with its many layers, can accommodate any type of occasion from birthday parties, a casual gathering of girlfriends, to a professional business luncheon. Our Canal room comfortably seats 35 or can provide standing room for 60. Second only to the food being served is the view offered, courtesy of floor to ceiling windows overlooking our courtyard. Live music can often be heard by local artists and families gather to enjoy ice cream or a morning cup 'o joe.

The outdoor patio of Villain and Saint offers a feeling of being on a private oasis to our guests. Enjoy the peaceful sound of our waterfall and the aromatics of fresh herbs and flowers. It is perfect for an intimate sit down dinner for 30 or a standing reception of 50.

Come inside to our Haight Asbury inspired Rock N' Roll venue, featuring live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Our walls are adorned with photographs of legendary musicians and our own tribute wall to the lava lamp. The space is available for standing receptions up to 120.
